Meet Tom, the founder of Phenomenal. He's a software pro who loves to innovate and help businesses succeed.

When he's not working, Tom can be found enjoying his favourite pastimes, fishing, and hosting great weekend BBQs with friends and family. He's always up for a friendly wager and a good conversation.

Tom's outgoing personality and love of socialising are reflected in the team's laid-back attitude and emphasis on work-life balance. He believes that a welcoming and open-minded team fosters better ideas and a more enjoyable work environment.

Zayne
Senior Engineer

Meet Zayne, a Senior Engineer at Phenomenal. Developing applications for 7+ years, Zayne has a Degree in ICT and 4+ years of production development experience with Full Stack and Front End technologies.

Zayne has been part of development teams building projects for clients such as Shell Oil, Qube Logistics Australia and building applications used by thousands of users daily at Phenomenal.

When he's not coding, Zayne likes to hang out with family, hit the beach, try different types of whiskey, play board games, and was good at golf once.
